Why not fix New Orleans?
There's a legacy.
This spring, a group of Muslim and Jewish students at the University of Michigan is going to go South and help in the re-building of New Orleans.
That is a good idea. It will help re-build the nation after 8 years of Radical NeoCon Conservatism.
