Before anyone suggests it, The Federal Reserve is already the "Manhattan Project" for the financial sector.
The Manhattan Project, as mentioned before, was the antithesis of free marketry mumbo-jumbo, being strictly government controlled, thereby being the prothesis of socialist marketry mish-mosh.
