We are most certainly doomed, my friend. We're not interested in solving what needs solving, like the photo, because we don't recognize it as a problem.
Well, we are doomed, but we don't know the form of the destroyer - as they say in Ghostbusters.War and its ills could be but one symptom of our malaise...And the destruction need not be world-wide destruction...like the film 2012.It could be life-in-death, frozen in time, like the city of Lyonesse of the Arthur tales, like the palace of the beast in Cocteau's Belle et la Bete.
