There are two elderly people I know who are well advanced in years and are thinking of some sort of assisted living. Well, they cannot really sell their $ 700,000 house to pay for it. Never mind that it's down to $610,000 now. There IS...NO......MARKET ! Stick it out a few more years, you old octogenarians. And a tip of the Republican Party Top Hat to ya!
