Which iconic Sci-Fi monster does the Establishment which runs the USA most closely resemble? Alien or Predator? In reality, the Predator species has some good points: honor, loyalty, and the bon hommerie and comeraderie of the hunting lodge type. Alien, on the other hand, is purely and repulsively exploitative and parasitical. Of course, there is the species of Species, which itself is quite without redeeming virtues...at least, as far as we are shown.
