I was driving home yesterday from D.C.
We passed at least 200 electric company repair trucks going through Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Western Maryland on their way to point East.
We were on Interstates 270, 70, 76, 80, and 75. We had left at 6:00 AM to avoid the storm. It rained, there was fog in Pennsylvania, and there was hydroplanning again (just as there was on our trip out) on the Ohio Tuurnpike... the wind was stiff, and it was wet, but it seems that there are some spots on the Ohio Turnpike that have unsafe wear-courses.
