Why Does Math Describe The World? Reality As ASL

Why did Peter Higgs describe the Higgs field and particle so well that he predicted it years before it was discovered?

The world is code: math, logics, languages, grammars, syntaxes, and semantics... only they exist in a non-linguistic and non-symbolic form.

They approach linguistics as Sign Language, if one goes beyond the grammar, syntax, semantics, and logic and then also apprehends the physicality of the movements of the body of the Signer.
And apprehend not merely by sight, but by aesthetic, by touch, thereby expanding the realm of one's understanding.
