Remember the Taliban

Polio workers in Pakistan have been killed. Threatened previously by the Taliban, they are now dead.

The thing I regret most about the Afghanistan war is the fact that the Iraq debacle took the front seat, and the Bush administration allowed the Taliban to re-establish themselves.

The Taliban are destructors of the soul, and wherever they rule there will be a realm of crap floating on the sea of history.
