If I have read the news from Egypt correctly, President Obama has asked Senator John McCain to try and negotiate between the present government - which I believe he referred to as "a coup" - and the ousted Muslim Brotherhood - whom he referred to as "terrorists".
That's why I say the government is losing the ability to govern.
