The particle discovered by CERN last year looks more and more to be the Higg's Boson.
Back in 1944, the world was in Los Alamos and the USA.
We gave up on the Higg's and Europe continued. We gave up because of the cost. We are going to face some interesting choices, and we will always be pointing at the budget. Sometimes the budget is B.S.
